Pumpkin is a wonderful vegetable, it is a vegetable of life; it absorbed in itself all energy of the sun and is ready to give it to us. A pumpkin «arrived» to Europe on the ships of Colombo in XV century, its valuable food and curative properties were properly appraised at once, and since then a pumpkin became inalienable part of ration of Europeans.

Applying

1-2 teaspoonfuls of pumpkin flour dilute in a soul-milk product (kefir, yoghurt) or other drink, take 2 times a day during a month 3-4 times a year. It is necessarily to drink not less than 2 liters of water a day at the reception of pumpkin flour.

In cooking

Pumpkin flour can be added to dough that does not require the protracted thermal treatment (pancakes, cakes, rolls): for 1 kg of rye or wheat flour 100-150 gram of pumpkin flour. The home baking made with addition of pumpkin flour is enriched by a valuable protein, it is magnificent, fresher and does not get molded (an expiration date of the bakery prepared from dough with addition of flour of pumpkin rises up to 72 hours). Pumpkin flour can be added to the already prepared porridges, used as a thickener for sauces, it befits for preparation of cocktails.
